He loved to accidentally walk in on them when they were in the dressing room when they were halfway through changing.
One day he picked the wrong person to do this too.
She turned out to be a witch.
She decided to teach him a lesson.
She turned him into a shop mannequin.
So he could see and hear everything that went on but could not join in.
Which took all the pleasure out of it for him.
