Donald was knocked off his bike on his way home from work.
He was rushed to the local hospital.
He had a laceration to his head and a broken leg.
The leg was so badly broken that it needed to be reset surgery.
He ended up receiving contaminated blood whilst the operation was underway.
Over the next 35 hours he transformed into a woman.
Everything down to his DNA strain had changed.
He was now not even related to his mother and father brothers and sisters.
He left the hospital 3 days later.
Ever since his transformation he had been feeling really run down.
He was being sick every morning and he had gained quite a bit of weight.
Not used to having a menstrual cycle he did not even notice when his first and second period did not come.
It was only when he went for his second check up at the hospital that he found out what the symptoms he had been feeling really were.
Somehow during his transformation he had become impregnated with his own seed.
That was almost 6 months ago now and he had come to terms with his gender change, his pregnancy and the fact that he will never be a man again.
