So Tom's gender change counselor than sexually training was need for him/her to adjust to her new life as a girl.
She suggested that they learn to sexually please oneself as a girl. Tom saw the other men/girl to threw the same thing. as he/she did. And they basically the same as he is.
And he/she freak out like the other, that once that got this stage of they life, Could adjust be a girl that holding a dido wouldn't freak them out, that holding one is perfectly normal. never mind used them or sucking them was natural for them, he shouldn't be nervous, he should be used to being a girl.
