When special agent Tony's cover was blown its not know how as one the embassy security. So they has to give him a totally new and different cover. This one was different totally different. So they put him into a clone that was female with he was born female. After several months or training, education. Tayla was ready to do his/her job as a special agent. But this time, Tony/Tayla was a few years younger, than original Tony's age.( it couldn't be helped because of time straights, but only a few years). So Tony/Tayla was put in there as a personal assistant( personally secretary. Tony didn't like it, he knew such operation could be as long as several months to several years to be close what they needed.

But he/she had no experience of being one. They could have said she once a tomboy or jock. Or virgin so Tony/Tayla had grind and bear it. About a year and a week later Tony was slowly adjust to his/her role as a girl. The wolf whistles. the pinching, the drooling as part of the role that he/she getting used to.
