Tony was now a women, actual women, not just physically, but biologically and genetically too. He is trying to adjust to the fact. He is a she now. Tony could fake, play tomboy thing, even fake the clothes and shoe thing too. But it can go so far.

Luckily or unluckily for him found two pads in a box under the sink in the bathroom left behind by his ex-girlfriend.
But those would last so long, he know idea of the reason, of them. But he used them.
After those pads were gone, he have to go to the store to get some more of them.
He could even say it to himself, he needed some more pads. he had to go to feminine hygiene section of the store.
So dress as best he could, wore the clothes that were comfortable to him, he dress in tomboyish fashion. He put on is sneakers,

There were dozens and dozens of different types of feminine hygiene products, than he realized. All he needed was some pads to help him, with his periods, his periods. He couldn't even say it, out-loud.
