He was finding it hard to believe what he could see.
As far as he was concerned it was impossible to swap bodies with somebody else.

As far as he was concerned this thing could not happen in real life.
As far as he was concerned he had not just swap bodies with his girlfriend who unlike him was not showing any sign there was anything wrong.
