Sam a prolific pervert who preyed on female hitchhiker's thought this was a ridiculous punishment.
He could not understand what he was supposed to learn from it.
He thought what was the point of turning him into a woman and making him experience what he had put so many women through as pretty sure he will enjoy himself.
It was just a pity he did not know the authorities had lined up the husbands fathers and brothers of all the girls he had messed around with to be the only people driving on that stretch of the highway that night and they were going to make him change his ways one way or another.
