Until just now, Diana Prince had always managed to find a private spot where she could spin and be turned into Wonder Woman -- unnoticed despite the flash of light that accompanied the transformation.
But, this time, there had been an incident.
Just after she had started spinning, a young man named Michael happened to enter the spot.
When the burst of light began to fill the space, Michael lunged at Diana to put himself between her and what he had thought was a flash of lightning.
This left Diana unchanged and Michael as Diana would have been mid-spin.
Michael was as much surprised by his sudden femininity as he was by his sudden nudity.
"For goodness' sake," shrieked Diana, "finish the the spin!"
Michael did as Diana had said and then looked down at his new self, new clothes, and new boots.
He was kind of alarmed but also very excited by what he saw and how he felt.
From then on, Diana Prince stayed Diana Prince (nothing wrong with that!) and Michael stayed Wonder Woman.
Once they both accepted it, they both lived very fulfilling lives.
I hope he's alright down there?
