Alan thought he was coming down with the flu.
He had no idea that his wife Sarah's hormone treatment had affected him.
It wasn't until he grew a pair of breasts and his penis started to shrink that the couple started to get worried.
They consulted Sarah's specialist about his symptoms.
They were shocked to find out that they had not been told there was a 0.5 percent chance of her fertility treatment causing this to him.
They were even more angry to find out there was no way of stopping it.
So over the space of a couple of weeks Alan had transformed from a fit and healthy young man to a gorgeous healthy young woman who was also expecting her first child which complicated matters a little bit.
