Martin at first believe this was just an elucidation brought on by playing too much Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
He refused to believe he was really in the past.
He refused to believe he was a woman.
He refused to believe he was now just a servant to a wealthy man.
Who owns him and could make him do anything he wanted.
But now after surviving living in this ancient times & dealing with the day today tribulations of being a woman he had no choice but to believe it and try and settle down.
His Master who was annoyed with his attitude of late threaten to send him to the slave auctions if he did not give up this nonsense that she was really a man from a future time.
Not knowing what the future held if he was sold to another Master he decided he had no choice when called to his Masters chambers to attend him and give him everything he wanted so he would keep him on.
