Matthew was glad that was finally over as he lay on the hospital bed with his legs wide open after 4 hours of labour and a lot of painkillers and swearing.
He looked down at his midwife who said congratulations it's a beautiful baby girl before looking at Sandra and Mark the couple he had just had the baby for who could not take their eyes off it.
The look of happiness and joy on their faces made him feel happy and proud to be a surrogate mother even though when he became a woman he never thought this would be the career he would choose.
But there was just something so wonderful about bringing life into the world and making other people happy also the money wasn't half bad for a year's work.
