Mosquito!

Michael was quite pleased with all the transformations that had occurred in his Body, mind, and sexuality after being bitten by a genetically engineered mosquito that had escaped from a lab. However, he was somewhat concerned about the two large swellings on his chest, which drew everyone's attention. He hoped they would diminish over time, but instead, they only grew larger and more pronounced as he embraced his evolving femininity.
