He was the first guy to be injected with the super serum, which increased his intelligence and stamina, with only one slight side effect: it turned him into a woman.
After many weeks of training and psychological evaluations, he was given his first mission with a modified version of the serum, which did not have any of the super soldier abilities and just left the victim a woman.
