Jack did not want to give up this body, so he did not inform anybody that he was not her and did his best to take over her identity and her life.
It was hard going from being a man living on the streets, eating out of the garbage, to being a stunning woman living in a nice house with a son who depended on her.
But thanks to the internet, he learnt the rudimentary basics of female makeup, clothing, and hygiene, and did his best to, well, talk and act as he fought.
Luckily for him, his son did not really pay any attention to his mother or what she did, as he was too busy hanging around with his friends, drinking, and fooling around with girls.
This gave Jack plenty of time to fool around with her body.
