Samuel awoke from a dream where the pregnant woman hearing refused to give up his seat on the train had turned out to be a witch.
In his dream, she had promised to turn him into a pregnant woman so he could experience all the joys and pleasures that came with being pregnant.
He discovered the pond pulling back the bed sheets that his dream was in fact reality and he was now a pregnant woman.
