27-year-old office manager Aoto awoke to find myself in a hospital bed with a splitting head.

He walked out to the gents in the days were a nurse grabbed hold of him and brought him back to his room.
It was only later on that he discovered he had a massive heart attack at work three days ago.
They were unable to save him so they performed an emergency brain transplant.
The only body that wasn't ready and had a body donor card was a young woman who had died due to massive brain trauma.
He lay in the hospital bed not knowing what to think.
On one hand, he was grateful to be alive.
On another, he was terrified to be a woman.
He wondered how his friends colleagues and family were going to take it.
