Joe haved watched over the previous 6 months is Mother's personality change.

She was no longer the doting Caring mother who took care of the house.

The food she cooked went from being beautiful and delicious to atrocious overnight.

She barely knew how to use the washing machine let alone the tumble dryer.

Then there was the strange habit she gained overnight smoking drinking gambling.

This was the last straw for his father who left him and his mother.
