Josef has the ability to make people do what he wanted by psychic suggestion.
So when he met the girl of his dreams Blake Lively he put the suggestion into her head that would make her swap bodies with him.
The minute she was in his overweight male body and she got control of her mind back she could not believe what she had done.
She went back to the swap clinic and try to see if there was any way of undoing it.
But according to their paperwork she had signed away her body her life and her rights to change back.
She went to him and desperately begged him to swap back with her but all he did was laugh and shut the door in her face.
