Matthew never used to be the sort of guy who liked to exercise.

He always thought it was a waste of time and a waste of effort.

He did not care that most people saw him as a fat slob.

But that all changed after he caught the Fem Virus from a girl he met at a bar.

He quickly discovered the world was not a kind place to women who did not take care of their appearance.

He found himself in a strange place of having to make sure his hair, makeup, body and clothing were perfect every day for work.

Thanks to that he was thrown into a world of healthy living and exercising.

Which he discovered he loved doing in the public park after work every day with all the men who passed by watching him.
