By the fourth day. Tony will be a girl, no, a prostitute for one turn of the world again, which means that until the stars align to their proper position and the full moon again. Tony can't return to his former life. Either be stuck for a year, or Tony might be sent to a mental hospital for a time. Either way, he can't say it, even though he knew that the lock disappeared on the fourth day. It will be too late. So, either way, it's too late.
