He needed to get out of his flat. He needed to work out and exercise.
Which was something that always calmed him down.
Not having any appropriate clothing for his new form.
He slipped on his bathrobe and headed down to the building gym in the basement.
He was pretty sure he would not be disturbed whilst exercising in the nude.
It was just a pity he had forgotten about the CCTV system in the building and he ended up with quite an audience watching him after all.
