17 year old William had lost the bet.
He now had to spend the next 7 days in the body suit of a young woman.
He also had to obey every one of his frat brothers requests no matter what they were or they would make him spend 2 more days as awoman for every infraction.
So he was currently out dressed as a girl with no underwear on buying high heels for tonight's date.
So when one of his frat brothers who was chaperoning his little outing told him to flash everybody in the shop.
He could not stop himself from lifting up the skirt he was wearing and showing everybody he had no knickers on.
To enter this fraternity, William 17 years old, nearly 18 years old. He offered a membership. But to do it, he had wear special suit that mimic a pretty, and he was the one, was choice to wear it. He to wear the suit and dress up like a pretty girl. So he did ever thing they wanted. But there were a few that didn't wanted him. Do they figure a few things, to add a day or two to his punishment.

He was dress as a regular girl you like dozens of times, but with a twist he wasn't wearing any underwear at all, no bikinis, no thongs, she going commando. But that was the problem, each time he saw a brother in the mall, he to flash them, but he didn't know there they were, so he did in several stores. They thought being a girl with no underwear on was bad enough, but flash them. They thought he wouldn't do it. But he did. So he shall we find my outfit for our date now.
