Josef was one of those guys that looked like another person. He had that androgynous look. That he could pass as a girl, given the right clothes and hair and makeup. He could very well pass for Kate Upton. So Josef was used as a body-double from time to time. For that she couldn't make. Or do some those appearance. But she couldn't do fancy celebrity Halloween party. So Josef as dressed up in a costume, wig, makeup and a mask and was sent to the party. This was his first celebrity party. so he was extra careful.

Lucky since everybody was in costume. Act strange or different was odd not on Halloween.
But what Josef didn't know that Kate Upton's former boyfriend was there and he wanted to get back with her.
But Josef didn't know any of former boyfriend. He was there as a standing for her. So he followed Josef to the restrooms. He thought Josef was Kate Upton. He didn't what to do, so he gave him a BJ. And if he when to the real Kate Upton and told him, what she done to him, she would said she a bit drunk, she couldn't blame Josef, one he didn't know, and two he was a guy. So safe face for of them, they make up this story in case.
