Tony was those guys that would accidently look under the table to see what there wearing beneath there skirts. But they would actually drop a pencil, accidently a paper longer than normal.

But now Tony was the one wearing the skirts, wearing the panties, and nylons on. How long did the physically, biological adjust to his new femininity, never mind his mental and emotion state adjust to his new body now.
At first he was both scared and curious about being a girl. He probably didn't mind the fact. That they would actually want to do, it was a bit of frill to him.
And now Tony's mental and emotional state catch to her body.
And now Tony was thinking and behaving different than before he got use to being a girl. He was acting like he one before the change.
Tony thought more different about it than before, he was more tolerant of women. He knew now, how it feels now when he is the one being done now.
Now he is teaching Dough a lesson or three.
One he got caught, two by a girl, three that girl was once a guy. A guy that was same as he did.
