For some lucky people all their wishes come true.
Like 17-year old Josef who had always felt like he should have been born a woman.
He did not like the masculine things he was supposed to but enjoy the softer feminine things of life.
So he was one of the lucky people who found themselves in a body more to there liking thanks to the great shift.
As he ended up in the gorgeous body of Katheryn Winnick.
