Michael will used to be one of those lazy men who did not take care of his appearance.
He did not see the point of being well kept and trimmed.
Which was OK when he was a man but when the great shift put him in the body of a woman this sort of thing got a lot of unwanted attention as it was not the establish behaviour for a beautiful woman.
