Andrew couldn't stand it, he could ignore his feminine biologically needs, he had growing sexual urges.

Actually look at guys. Like he did when he was a guy. When he a guy interested in a girl. Now he interesting in guys, in a sexually way. He still like to be with girls, like being a sister or girlfriend, but not anymore than friends.
But as girl, he started to get magazines like playgirl. In his place, he quietly undressed, and comfortably looked at those, beautiful, beautiful men. He at the picture those men. He got excited seeing those beautiful naked men.
It was surprise that excited that once he was like them, he surprise that wanted them, he was like a girl. That he wanted sex as a girl.
But what was wrong with that Andrew thought, he was a girl. He is a girl . He is Andrew no more she Alina, physically, biologically, genetically , his emotions, and his mentally state is a girl. She thought of herself.
