Martin was surprised by how supportive his work and manager was with the fact that he had decided to become a surrogate for his sister who could not have a baby.

The first part of his procedure was to be turned into a woman.

The second part was to have his new eggs removed and artificially inseminated with his sister's partner seed before being replanted inside of him.

Over the next 7 - 1/2 months he went through a lot of physical and mental changes which would change him forever.

He was surprised by how the women at work treated him like he was one of them.

He was surprised when they threw him a baby shower.

He was even more surprised when on his last day in the office before going off on maternity leave his boss telling him even though he was not covered under his contract for maternity pay the company was going to give it to him and that they would keep his job open for him which almost brought him to tears.
