Safe in the knowledge that he had full control over everything around him.
He would spend his days wandering around the town looking at all the people he had transformed or just visiting his harem for a little bit of pleasure.

He watched as in slow motion as she pointed the magic wand at him and turned him into one of his own fantasies.

And so ends Simon's reing of terror, great ending but I can help but think how the town will be in the aftermath now that it's ended. Maybe we can get one more part where the witch left everyone the way they are but let them gain back some sort of life, like the sex slaves are now just prostitutes some if the kids turned milfs settle down with a man and start a family, the people on the baby farm become wet nurses, some of the people turned GILFS get put into a old folks home, the same one the 3 bullies turn old wemon are in and so on.

maybe after dealing with Simon the witch tries to turn everyone back to normal but because of the scale of changes Simon did not even her magic can do it. so she just frees the people from the mental changes but there stuck with there new bodies and have to adapt to a new life. Maybe some could leave town to escape what happened and others fall into a life of sex anyway as that's all they know now, and of course the other stuff i mentioned in the other comment.
