This was Sam's first day back on the force.
He felt nervous and apprehensive.
He wasn't sure how his friends and colleagues were going to take the new her.
But this was something he had always wanted to do.
This was the real him.
A woman not the macho image he had put on for so many years.
He took one more look at the building before walking through the front doors
He stopped at reception and said good morning to the receptionist.
Who checked his ID and despite knowing he was going to have the change found it hard to believe the woman standing in front of her was Sam as the woman looked nothing like the man she used to be.
