Hoping to be a woman the once again..

After 3 years on the run Scott was finally caught.

After almost 6 months in jail waiting his court date Scott sat in court trying his best to stay calm and focused as he listened to what he was being tried for.

1. Stealing another person's body.

2. Using a false identity.

3. Illegal marriage.

4. Sexual misconduct and pregnancy.

5. Fraud.

To which he pleaded guilty as there was no real way of denying it.

He listened to the prosecutor asking in his closing statement for the court to give the woman her body back and that the court considered giving him the harshest sentence possible.

The judge deliberated long and hard before passing sentence.

He apologise to the woman who had had her body and life stolen by Scott but he could not deny a child its mother so the court would not be ordering him to swap back.

He sentenced Scott to 10 years in jail suspended for 5 years seeing he had recently given birth whilst on remand and ordered to pay $60,000 in compensation to the woman whose life he had ruined which was better than Scott was expecting and worse than the woman was expecting.
