Stood in the supermarket trying to make up his mind which product to purchase Simon who had ended up in the body of a young pregnant woman 7 months ago just thought he needed to go on a diet when he rapidly started gaining weight.
He refuse to believe that he was pregnant despite putting on a few pounds, his period had stopped and his swollen breasts were leaking milk.
Well that was until his waters broke and he went into full blown labour there and then which was something he could definitely not ignore especially with the contraction pains.
