He was ready for it to be over.
He no longer wanted to be a pregnant woman.
He no longer wanted to experience the miracle of birth.
He no longer wanted to know what it was like to breastfeed.
He no longer wanted to know what the joys of being a mummy were.
He just wanted to go back to his old self before any of this had happened to him.
But unfortunately for him there was no way of undoing a wish once it had been granted.
So he was stuck the way he was.
The way he thought he wanted to be.
