Unaware of his demise he continued crossing the road until somebody walk straight through him which caught his attention and made him stop.
He looked behind him and saw his body lying on the road panic-stricken and frightened he ran back to his body just as everything around him faded into nothing.
He did not know how long he was there but all of a sudden he found himself being pulled backwards and when he opened his eyes he found himself lying in a hospital bed.
He was relieved to be alive until he noticed he was no longer in his own body.
