Guilty.

James never thought the woman who he became in the great shift would come back to claim her identity so after 5 weeks 
he claimed a swap had not occurred & just took over her life.

But sadly for him Rachel the young woman did reappear and was able to prove who she was.

Which dropped James right in it with the authorities.

He confessed what he had done immediately claiming a state of madness caused him to claim to be this her.

Now 6 weeks after his initial arrest in his orange jumpsuit he stood in front of the judge ready to be sentenced for identity fraud.

And despite his lawyer's best efforts the judge still gave him 5 years.

Which surprised him and his lawyers who were hoping as it was his first offence for probation.
