He did not feel comfortable wearing his sister's clothes let alone her underwear.
He did not at all feel comfortable in his new skin.
He was not looking forward to returning back to school as a teenage girl.
But his mother insisted that he suck it up.
As there were worst things that could have happened to him in the great shift then just becoming a young lady.
He repeated his mantra in the mirror hoping it would make him feel more confident as his mother put the finishing touches to his outfit before sending off her nervous son to catch the school bus for his first day back at school.
