Scott thought the days of shaving his face were over when he became a young woman thanks to the great shift which gave him a lot more places to shave.
And in a way he did not have to shave his face just every now and then bleach or wax his upper lip as he did not want to be known as the lady with a moustache.
As for some reason in this body his appearance meant a lot more to him than it ever did when he was a man.
