Patrick mulligan had a reputation of being a tough son of a bitch he was one of the toughest cops down on the Southside of Chicago and if he was looking for you there was nowhere to hide.
So he was not happy with the cosmic joke later known as the great shift leaving him in a woman's body.
He was not happy at losing his well trained and toned muscular body.
He was not happy going from 6 feet tall to 5 foot 4 and he was definitely not happy with the way the world treated him now.
But that did not stop him from being one of the baddest cops and it wasn't long before criminal started faring him all over again as being a woman did nothing to quell his angry temperament there was nothing feminine about him.
