Happy with no responsibilities in life drinking gambling and sleeping around were the things he loved to do.
But when his sister Jessica came to him with a problem he dropped everything to help her out.
Jessica and her husband had been trying for almost 2 years to start a family with no success which was really making Jessica depressed.
She had always wanted to be a mother and she could not understand why they were not having any luck and the news did not get any better when she found out it was because of her body.
So she asked her big brother for the biggest favour she would ever ask of him and asked him to have his gender reassignment for two years so he could carry her and her husband's.
William did not want to do it but he wanted to make his sister happy so he went and had his gender reassigned for two years.
It took him quite a while to get used to being on the other side of the gender fence.
To get used to dresses skirts pantyhose knickers and bras to get used to sitting down to pee and being called miss.
But the worst thing of all was the visits from mother nature until he went for artificial insemination.
The first time he did not get pregnant but they were hoping the second time would be a charm.
William and his sister sat on the bed watching the pregnancy test both hoping this time it was positive so he could have the child for them and then get back to his own life.
But once he went through the experience of being pregnant and childbirth he was never the same again and decided to stay a woman and a loving aunt to the child he had given birth to which came handy when his sister wanted a second one the following year.
