Is this some sort of Nightmare?

Sam screamed out loud in fright when he woke up in a female body that was by all looks ready to pop.

He had no idea where he was who he was or how this had happened as he pinch his arm to make sure he was not dreaming but once he felt the pain he knew he was not dreaming and somehow he was now a pregnant woman.

He struggle to climb out of bed due to the extra weight and looked at himself in the mirror and did not recognise the person looking back at him.

He phoned the police and after 15 minutes of panic stricken waiting an automated voice told everybody to stay indoors and wait for assistance.

So he had nothing more to do then just wait around as he wobbled out of the bedroom as he desperately needed to relieve himself and that's when he first heard all the panic and screaming from the street below as it came in through the open balcony door and he knew he was not the only one.
