Matthew accidentally injected himself with a massive overdose of modified female hormones that turn him into a beautiful young woman.
After a couple of months of getting used to his new situation he decided to get out and enjoy himself.
It was his first time out in public in female clothes since the lab accident and as it was a hot and clammy night he decided to drive over to see his friends who he had neglected for quite sometime as he tried to find a way to reverse what had happened to him with little success.
He was not used to wearing a skirt and was not used to making sure it was not caught on anything as he closed the car door behind him & confidently walk towards his friends who were waiting for him as he felt something tugging at his skirt and before he knew it it was ripped right off leaving him standing there in his little white panties with the penguin on which were the only clean pair he had left.
Which made all his friends laugh and left him slightly embarrassed and not sure what to do next.
