Thomas was one of many men who were swapped into the bodies of women by the great shift.
Like a lot of men finding themselves now women he had a lot of problems and issues to deal with & finding there was not that much support, help or advice out there for people in his predicament.
So he decided he would have to do something about it himself and started his own YouTube channel documenting his progress in the aftermath of the great shift.

The importance of feminine hygiene, hair makeup and fashion something that they should be giving out diplomas in as it took him a long time to get his head around everything.
He found it a lot easier talking to a web camera about issues that all women go through but no man really wants to talk about like when he got his first period or when he had his first gynaecological exam.
Or like the first time he discovered he now found men attractive after waking up one morning all wet and sticky after an erotic dream where he willingly gave himself to a man.
His first few times trying to flirt with men still not fully understanding what it meant to be a woman as he was still slightly naive about the power of a sexy young woman's body.
He could not believe how quickly people started following him on YouTube asking his advice and help with all manner of things they were going through dealing with and learning about.
He decided to throw a meet and greet and was surprised by how many people had turned up finding a new solidarity and sisterhood through helping each other on the Internet with the problems they were going through after the great shift.
