She turned him into a woman and told him that he was now pregnant with their second child and as far as anybody knew he was just a surrogate who was artificially impregnated with his frozen sperm after his death.
As she told him this would be his career for the rest of his life.
Forced to be a woman carrying other people's babies bringing happiness instead of sadness into the world never able to cheat on anybody ever again as he was now preprogrammed to his new destiny to be an upstanding member of the female race and a baby factory for those people who could not have their own.
