In the mid-24th century, scientists and doctors had come up with a successful way of transplanting consciousness from one person to another by implanting microprocessors into the prefrontal lobes and the hypothalamus.
Jason was involved in a major car accident and the only way to save his life was in emergency consciousness transfer the only available body was that of a 22-year-old female student who had died due to a drug overdose.
He was happy that they managed to save his life but he was not sure he could live the rest of his life as a female.
It was going to take a lot of getting used to.
But after weeks of tests and rehabilitation, he was allowed to return home and start rebuilding his life.
He still could not get used to his new reflection as he stood naked in front of the mirror looking at the face of the beautiful woman whose parents had donated her body after her death.
