The three men stood outside their cells dressed only in cheap lingerie waiting for the first of their clients of the night.
They still thought it was unfair to do this to them.
It was one thing to be incarcerated for a crime you did commit but it was another for the governor to allow a mad scientist to do experiments on you.
And when the governor found out that the experiments had turned you and your friends into three beautiful women & have you legally declared dead after trying to escape so he could pimp you out to all the high rollers in the area to fund his illegal activities and the scientists experiments.
He did not have to worry about you escaping or telling anybody what had happened to you as who would believe that 3 hardened criminals were turned into 3 beautiful young women being forced into prostitution.
So they decided they were better off where they were and screwing for their supper.
