Frank sister needed a new car but could not get a loan from the bank due to her poor credit history so she went to Crazy Larry's loans & all she needed was a guarantor for her loan.
So she forged her brothers signature and when she could not pay back her loan Crazy Larry took it out on the guarantor.
Now we see Frank working at crazy Larry's strip club all because his sister forged his signature on the document and no matter how much he tried to tell them that he was not the guarantor on the loan his signature is on the paper work.
His sister apologized when she found out what happened to her brother but as she could not afford to pay back the loan in full her brother was stuck like this for 5 more years.
