Sam did not think he had a hope in hell of winning after seeing some of the other girls up close.
So he was surprised when his name was called out.
He ran onto the stage so full of energy bouncing about so much so his dress could not hold his enthusiasm in.
He was just so excited to be nominated miss great shift California 2017 which ensured his place in the miss great shift world competition next year.
