Robert had no idea the tattooed woman he was screwing was in fact his own 22 year old son Alan who had been turned into a woman & forced to screw his own father and stepmom as punishment for cheating on his ex-girlfriend with her own mother.
But if Alan thought that was the end of his punishment he was wrong as his ex-girlfriend had made him super fertile and he was now carrying his own brother/sister.
