It was a massive shock going from male to female overnight like so many people caught up in the great shift.
He had trouble understanding his new gender and emotions which were more intense than anything he felt as a man especially when it came to love.
He did not know what it was about his new body but it always seem to go funny around his friend Max.
He would feel nervous, hot and sticky and very self conscious and it wasn't until he had a girl to girl talke with his mother that he plucked up the courage to ask her about what was going on with his body.
He could not believe it when she told him he just had a girly crush on Max which was normal for a teenage girl who was just blossoming into womanhood which really did not help him.
His mother told him not to bottle up his emotions.
Just go to Max and tell him how you feel or it could ruin their friendship so just after watching Max practicing for the upcoming big game he bit the bullet and walked up to Max who was happy to see him and with a tremble in his voice he said I think I'm in love you Max!
Which made Max smile and say do you fancy getting pizza after I've cleaned up.
Which made Roberts little heart skip a beat as he went on technically his first date as a woman but not his last.
