Matt like many people in the great shift was not happy with the body he ended up in.
He was not too thrilled with the idea of being a 40-year-old woman with a flat ass and sagging wrinkly tits.
So like many women before him he resorted to a little bit of cosmetic surgery to fix many of the faults he thought his new body had.
The sad thing was no matter how much cosmetic alterations he had done he would never be satisfied with his new body as he always found something else that could be worked on.
